GALWAD is a Welsh community enterprise. Our mission is to empower artists, makers, creatives and musicians by providing a vibrant platform for mentoring, development and opportunities.

What we do

  • Creative Development Programs

    GALWAD hosts workshops covering various artistic disciplines—painting, sculpture, digital art, music composition, and more. These sessions focus on skill enhancement, technique refinement, and creative exploration.

  • Mentorship Programs

    GALWAD connects emerging artists with experienced mentors and industry professionals. These mentors provide personalised guidance, critiques, and career advice.

  • Community Engagement

    GALWAD collaborates with local galleries, cultural institutions, and businesses. Participants benefit from exposure, joint events, and community support. We encourages public art installations, murals, and sculptures, allowing artists to contribute to the visual identity of Wales.
